Eve Chen founded Ethical Total Revenue Management, LLC at the end of 2008.  She realized the increased importance of medical coding and billing in relation to national awareness of health care cost.  She believes it is possible to operate a profitable practice in full compliance of all government-coding requirements.  Our company provides assistance to clients according to their individual needs and enables them to reach their financial potential while providing quality care to all of their patients.
